About the Program

TFO's Youth Mentoring program pairs young people ages 10–18 with experienced, community-vetted mentors who show up consistently. Our mentors discuss basketball as long as the youth wants — and slip in life advice almost unnoticed.

About the Program

TFO's Workforce Development program closes the gap between education and employment — with a mentor serving as a personal job coach who walks each young adult through every step of the process. WIOA access is embedded directly inside the program, giving eligible youth access to federally funded career training and employment services through Virginia Career Works Northern.
