A mentor-guided pathway from education to employment. TFO job coaches walk each young adult through WIOA, career training, and the skills to compete and win.
TFO's Workforce Development program closes the gap between education and employment — with a mentor serving as a personal job coach who walks each young adult through every step of the process. WIOA access is embedded directly inside the program, giving eligible youth access to federally funded career training and employment services through Virginia Career Works Northern.
