TFO's partner ecosystem spans STEAM education, workforce development, mental health, crisis services, material support, and community philanthropy — a full wraparound network for every youth and family we serve.

Founded in 1999, the Community Foundation has awarded more than $22 million in grants and scholarships. Their Give Choose campaign raised a record $1.12M in 24 hours in 2026. As a TFO partner, the Foundation connects our programs to grant funding cycles, nonprofit capacity building, and the broader Loudoun philanthropic network.
The TSJ Foundation promotes STEM and STEAM education through immersive, hands-on experiences — robotics, artificial intelligence, and simulation technology. Their work directly amplifies TFO's STEAM Activities program.
TFO's Workforce Development program integrates WIOA access directly — our mentors serve as job coaches walking each young adult through eligibility, enrollment, and career training. 428+ approved training programs in Northern Virginia.
Founded after the loss of Ryan Bartel to suicide in 2014, RBF builds resilient and connected young people through upstream prevention — before a crisis occurs. Programs have reached over 10,000 Loudoun County youth. Recipients of a $100K Born This Way Foundation grant.

Connected Communities delivers trauma-informed, evidence-based mental health services across Winchester and Northern Virginia — spanning professional counseling, social skills development, and community-based youth mentoring. A trusted clinical referral pathway for TFO families.
Founded in 1984, LAWS is Loudoun County's only designated domestic and sexual violence crisis center — delivering emergency shelter, legal services, therapy, advocacy, and the Loudoun Child Advocacy Center, all free and confidential.
Women Giving Back provides free clothing, shoes, and essentials to women and children in crisis across the DMV — serving clients from shelters and transitional programs. Over 3.4M pieces distributed and 48,000+ children served. TFO families have a direct referral pathway here.
